Daniel Radcliffe is very much like Harry Potter!

Daniel Radcliffe and his similarity with the character Harry Potter never seems to end. Daniel became famous and rich by playing Harry Potter in the film adaptations of JK Rowling's enormously successful Harry Potter books. The film franchise earned Daniel a fortune, which has been kept in trust until his 18th birthday.

Latest news is that he turns 18 on 23rd July, and though he legally will be able to access £23 million fortune that day, he is only buying himself a Fiat Punto, a rather non-celeb car—pretty much what Harry Potter would have done.

Harry Potter, who like Daniel has a fortune to his name, but spends it wisely. Being the richest kid in Britain, Daniel could have easily brought himself a Rolls-Royce or a Lamborghini. But he chose Punto because it is one of the top five most environmentally-friendly cars in the UK.

The car, his friends say, is Daniel’s attempt at keeping a low-key in streets, so that he can nip around London, without being recognized. Once again, something Harry Potter would have done.

Daniel had always been a sensible guy. So we can’t expect him to go on a mad spending spree after he gets hold of his fortune.
